Like an oak that grows slowly but steadily, I believe child development is a gradual process grounded in a strong foundation of care, safety, and nurturing relationships. I see each child as taking root in an environment that supports healthy emotional, social, and cognitive growth over time.

Together, the name represents my commitment to creating a space where children feel secure, valued, and encouraged to grow—rooted deeply in care, while reaching upward with confidence and curiosity.
